Common Issues
PDF not loading
Try the following:
- Refresh the page
- Open the page in a private/incognito window
- Try a different browser (Chrome is recommended)
- Disable any ad blockers for this site
If you are using a mobile device:
- Check your internet connection
- Try switching between WiFi and mobile data
Unable to download a file
- Click the download link below the viewer
- If nothing happens:
- Right-click and open in a new tab (desktop)
- Long-press and open in a new tab (mobile)
Viewer not displaying correctly on mobile
- Rotate your device to landscape
- Refresh the page
- Clear your browser cache
Page showing the wrong document
This is usually caused by caching.
Try:
- Hard refresh (Ctrl + F5 on desktop)
- Opening the page in incognito mode
